My order was mostly right on the money. The plants were the ones I picked, the sizes matched closely, and the labels made it easy to tell that everything in the box lined up with my order.

One pot did seem a bit smaller than I had pictured, but to be fair, nothing was missing or actually wrong. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d order again.

The plant arrived looking healthy, which is good, but it was definitely smaller than I expected?? Not bad, just kind of confusing based on what I thought I was getting.

I wasn’t expecting huge plants or anything, but the ones I received were tiny for the price. They looked healthy enough, so that was good... just not really the size I thought I was paying for.

I think it showed up last week, or maybe the week before, but either way it arrived safely. The packaging was really good and everything was protected nicely.

I was really happy with the selection of plants they had, especially since I found a few I don’t usually see at local shops. Most of what I wanted was actually in stock, and it was easy to browse and choose without getting frustrated. It’s such a relief not to keep clicking on things only to find out they’re sold out. it made the whole experience feel simple and exciting.

I ordered a couple of plants and expected to wait a bit, but they got here so fast I was kind of surprised. I was already thinking about where I’d put them, then suddenly they were at the door. Everything was packed really well too, no mess or damage. Super happy with how quick the whole thing was.

I was kind of expecting the plants to be small or half-dead because the prices were so good, but they actually showed up looking way better than I thought they would. I was ready to be disappointed, but this ended up being worth the money.

The plant showed up looking rough. A bunch of the leaves were yellow, and there was soil spilled all over the box. Not the best experience.

I ordered a couple of plants from them and had a question about shipping, so I sent an email thinking I’d hear back quickly. I did eventually get a response, but it took a few days, and in the meantime I was kind of stuck wondering what was going on.

The person who replied was friendly and did help sort out my issue, but I had to follow up once before anything really moved along. So just a heads up: if you need fast answers or updates, this might be frustrating.

The plants arrived in decent shape in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I’d maybe order again, but only if I wasn’t in any hurry and didn’t need quick customer service.
